I enjoyed the central location.. it was really convenient! the staff was helpful and friendly. the breakfast had quite a bit of variety. the room was very quiet. I didn't hear street noise.
The housekeeping wasn't consistent. i noticed the towels had some stains.. that was a bit off-putting. also, the tv remote needed new batteries. It was annoying to deal with that.

i found really good value for the price. The hotel is located in the city center, near restaurants and shops. A bus stop is located directly outside the hotel's front door. My room was spacious with a nice terrace and a comfortable bed. Rooms were cleaned regularly every other day.

the location really is in the center of things and close to bus stops.
i wasn't thrilled that the room smelled a bit moldy (i think it's a building-wide issue). plus, the noise from nearby clubs kept me up late even with the balcony doors closed. i definitely needed those earplugs.

The noise from the street was a real problem. i found it hard to sleep some nights because of it. also, i was pretty disappointed with the breakfast options. There just weren't enough choices (especially if you aren't a fan of british food).

The staff was friendly, they made check-in easy. i got blackout curtains and , made it easy to sleep. the room had a fridge. I found that useful. the location is near bus stops, a big plus for exploring.

The bus station is right next to the hotel. This made it easy to get around the island. The staff was very friendly. The location is central. It's perfect for exploring nearby restaurants and shops. The breakfast package I received on my last morning was so thoughtful.
The street outside could get a little noisy at night, although I slept well anyway.
